 My Reviews

Lucy is a final year student on our single honours LLB degree programme and is due to complete her degree and graduate in 2021.

During her studies, I have got to know Lucy both through my role as the module co-ordinator of one of the School’s core modules, in European Union Law, and as Director of Education for the School.

I would describe Lucy as a hard-working and conscientious student who takes pride in her own work and has achieved a very good academic record throughout her studies. Lucy has also been proactive in both utilising the opportunities available to her through the School and University, for example in participating in work placements and in spending one year studying in the United States, and in using her own initiative to seek out further opportunities.

Lastly, Lucy has also been a good citizen. As Director of Education, I worked with Lucy in her role as a course representative. She has also served as a peer mentor to new first-year students and as a member of the editorial board of our student law journal. This is without referencing Lucy’s role in representing the School with distinction in several external mooting and legal drafting competitions.

In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy to you in relation to the role of tutor with your company.

    Best wishes

    Brian
