Hi, my name is Sapphire! I provide quality tuition for students specialising in English Literature (Key Stage 1-A-Level), History (Key Stage 3), and Maths (Key Stage 1-2).
During my postgraduate degree at Cambridge University, I worked with young participants when conducting research about children’s responses to classic children’s literary texts, and I also worked in a primary school, specialising in one-on-one and small-group tuition with students who were aiming to improve their reading skills. Additionally, I have previously worked as an ambassador for the Department for Education.
I have a Master of Philosophy postgraduate degree from Cambridge University, and a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree from Durham University, wherein I studied English Literature and Education Studies (First Class with Honours). I achieved all As and A*s in my eleven GCSEs (subjects which were awarded A* include English Literature, English Language, History, Religious Studies, and ICT) and A*AAB in my AS-Levels and A-Levels. For my History GCSE the Edexcel examination board certified me as having ‘Outstanding Performance in 2HB01 History’, achieving ‘one of the highest available Subject Marks in History’ out of 41,829 entries.

Sapphire is an extremely hardworking individual who puts her all into every task she is set. A role model when working in a team, on one of her campaigns she independently increased applications by 700% from the previous year.
Sapphire is able to use her initiative and come up with innovative ways to work more efficiently.
I highly recommend working with Sapphire.
I completely endorse Sapphire as an online tutor. She has an outstanding track record in education, achieving excellent grades at both GCSE and A Level. Since leaving school, she has continued to excel, with a First Class Honours Degree in English Literature and Education from Durham University, and a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University. Her mastery of learning is self-evident.
Sapphire has shown an ongoing commitment to learning in her work experience. She supported primary school groups as a teaching assistant at Middlestone Moor Primary School and has worked extensively with children in research for Cambridge University. In addition, she has also demonstrated her talent for tuition as a dancer and choreographer working with young people. Sapphire has a natural talent to explain clearly and patiently to help young people to reach their potential.
Furthermore, Sapphire is St John’s Ambulance trained in First Aid, showing her commitment to student wellbeing and health and safety.
During her time as a student, Sapphire has shown a dedication to supporting others. She has served as a Brand Ambassador for the Department for Education, worked with the Durham University United Nations Society and gained wide ranging experience in publishing. She has an exemplary work ethic and determination to help others to reach their full potential.
On this evidence, I believe she is an ideal candidate for tutorial work.
