I have known Lucy for approximately 5 years, when she was a young leader at my 28th Bristol Brownies pack. During her time as a young leader, she was responsible for organising lots of activities and games for the girls. She was always reliable and organised and she always thought of creative and exciting activities for the girls to complete for their badges. She had excellent relationships with the Brownies and they loved spending time with her because she was calm, softly spoken, caring and warm and always explained activities well. This means her online lessons will be well planned and delivered in a way that is accessible and exciting for the children. When Lucy was a young leader, she also completed her Young Leader qualification and Duke of Edinburgh awards, showing her commitment and dedication to the awards and to Guiding.
