My name is Robyn and I am a 3rd year student doing a teaching degree with QTS. I will be available to tutor children from 4-11 and will be covering a range of subjects. This will include:
– Science (Reception – Year 6)
– Mathematics (Reception – Year 6
– English (Reception – Year 6)
– French (Reception – Year 6)
I have teaching experience with nursery aged children, and primary school children up to the age of 11. I cover a lot of these whilst on placement and also volunteer in primary schools during term time to gain more experience in schools. I have 4 years of experience as a teaching assistant in a wide variety of primary schools and classes.
In my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs and socialising with friends. I currently live with two housemates and we have a pet kitten called Nibbler.
I am good with technology and I can understand and appreciate that it may take some time for both myself and a client to get used to using Zoom and would plan my lessons accordingly.
I am currently qualified up to university level – and will graduate July 2021 with a full teaching qualification. My current qualifications are:
– Mathematics GCSE
– English Language GCSE and AS-Level
– English Literature GCSE
– Computing and ICT GCSE
– Triple Science GCSE
– Religious Studies GCSE
– Geography GCSE
– German GCSE
– Health and Social Care AS-Level
– Media Studies AS-Level
– Level 3 Access Course in Health and Human Sciences
– January 18, 2021
As a family friend, I have known Robyn since she was born, and I have also had the pleasure in teaching Robyn during her school years.
Robyn is a very dedicated, hard-working and diligent young lady. She has always maintained excellent study habits and self-discipline, contributing significantly to discussion and debate, providing important insight. She exhibits strong values and work ethic, as she applies and commits herself to tasks. Demonstrating intellectual curiosity, Robyn is enthusiastic in achieving her goals and her positivity inspires others.
I know Robyn to be reliable, empathetic and resourceful, and fully support her in her choices as she advances into her career. Robyn is a lovely person and any establishment would be lucky to have her.
Robin is a very happy and polite young lady, nothing is ever too much trouble and Robin will help out in which ever way she can.
Robin did a placement at the school I work in and was always in well before her start time , well prepared and well presented. She had a fabulous work ethic and her enthusiasm cascaded down to the children she was teaching. She has a very ‘can do’ attitude and always encouraged the children to do the best and some.
