English Literature and English Language are two of my favourite subjects. For me, Literature and Language analysis allows an insight into different time periods, cultures and ways of thinking and rather enriching and fascinating. I achieved a 9 in GCSE English Literature, 8 in English Language, a 7 in IB English Literature HL and a 70 (1st class) in Narrative World of the Hebrew Bible at degree level, with involves looking at analysing Biblical literature and History as well as ancient mythology and archaeology.

In our lessons, we will work through your concerns whether it be exam technique, challenging areas of English literature and language or wanting to be stretched and challenged. Having been a tutor for 5 years, it is important based on my experience that every session is designed to fit student’s needs. As part of this, I am to make learning fun but also practical, incorporating exam practice and weekly progress reviews to make sure that we remain on track for your goals.
