 My Experience:

I am an experienced tutor with a rich background in teaching/ coaching, characterized by a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. At both GCSEs and A-levels I achieved all A* grades as well as full marks in my EPQ. I am currently a student at the University of Cambridge studying Education with Policy and International Development in the hope of going on to do a Masters in Education.

With 5 years of coaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups of students ranging from 3-18. This translates into academic teaching 2 years ago when I began tutoring. I have since tutored numerous students through their GCSE and A-level exams, passing on the tips and tricks that helped me get a top grade.

I have also taught in Primary Schools and mentored potential Oxbridge candidates through their applications. This hands-on experience has allowed me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of my students and stay attuned to the ever-evolving landscape of education.

My teaching methodology revolves around a student-centred approach. I firmly believe in creating an interactive and collaborative learning environment where students actively participate in the learning process. This is combined with retrieval practice each session in the form of exam questions to enhance the educational experience. The student will also receive a personalised PowerPoint and marked homework at the end of every session.
