My Subjects

 My Experience:

I've taught around 120 hours of one-to-one mathematics and economics across Cambridge IGCSE and AS/Alevels.

Cambridge IGCSE Extended Mathematics (0580). Two students over ten weeks, covering graphs, geometry, vector transformations and probability, with sustained timed practice on Paper 4. One moved from a B in their initial mock to an A* in the May/June exam.

Cambridge AS/A-level Mathematics (9709). One student, covering Pure 3 and Mechanics: trigonometry, differentiation, complex numbers, forces and equilibrium. They went on to win a gold medal at the American Mathematics Olympiad.

Economics, IGCSE (0455) and AS-level (9708). Four students needing additional support ahead of the May/June sitting, focused on structured exam-style answers and mark-scheme technique. All four achieved B or above.

 My Qualifications:

I'm a penultimate year BSc Economics student at the London School of Economics where I finished my first year with a First-class average.

In Mathematics specifically: I scored 98 in Cambridge IGCSE Extended Mathematics, 97 A* in A-level Mathematics, and an A* in A-level Further Mathematics. I also took Physics and Economics at A-level achieving A* in both, and received Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards for Top National Scores in them. At IGCSE I achieved 8A*s & 1A with an ICE Diploma at Distinction.

I represented Mongolia at the 7th International Economics Olympiad, IEO, and won a silver medal, the country's first medal at the competition. I ranked second out of 130 students nationally and was the highest scorer in the economics stage.

For admissioins preparation, I scored 6.4 on the TMUA (top 15th percentile) and currently helping students prepare for it.
