 Lesson Details

English Language and Literature have always been my favourite subjects and I love learning about how events, characters, and social issues are presented by writers. I strongly believe that everyone can excel in English once they have developed a good method for working through answers – and I can help students achieve these goals. For GCSE and A Level, I developed step-by-step processes for working through exam questions through trial and error until I achieved the top grade in all of my English exams and full marks in my English Literature exams. I love helping students develop their own methods, and sharing my own – to make exams easier and to help them enjoy the subject even more.
Whether you’d like help with an exam, text, or particular topics, I can support you!
Central to my approach is identifying each person’s individual learning style and adapting my lessons accordingly so that students learn as much as possible in each and every lesson. All of my lessons are tailored to the individual and I will help students achieve their goals by working collaboratively with them. I enjoy preparing for our sessions outside of the lesson space in order to maximise each student’s tutoring time.
